Party Policies

All hosts must pay a $50.00 deposit. The deposit is required for all parties. This will be taken off your final total at the end of your party. This must be paid in advance to hold your day and time.

What's your "party time" policy? All parties must start on scheduled time and will end at scheduled time. You can come 30 minutes early before the party to set up if you want.

All parties must start on time to avoid going into another scheduled party time. Please make this clear to your guests that you invite.

What's your drink policy? Your welcome to bring any drinks you'd like. But alcoholic beverages are to be consumed only by those over the age of 21yrs. We do not serve any alcohol. We ask that you be respectful of others when joining public parties such as open pain nights and ACT RIGHT! Please be mindful of under age artist that might post everything on Facebook which we have no control over.

What's your food policy? You can bring a light snack or a whole buffet spread! We've seen it all! All of our paint classes are meant to be a party for you and your friends, so make yourselves at home! Just please make sure you clean up after yourself! 😀

What's your cancellation policy?

We know that things come up. If you cancel at least one week prior to your date, we will issue a refund of your deposit! Any cancellation after that is non-refundable.

Times

All reserved parties are 2-hour time slots. We allow 30 minutes before your party for a set up time.

If you choose to have a 3-hour party that will be an additional fee of $50.00. This must be known at the time of the booking, since we may have a party coming in after yours.

Food, Beverages, and Decorations

Twisted Canvas provides everything you need to complete your canvas. You are allowed to bring any food and beverages that you would like to. The host can bring decorations to decorate with.

We have 12 feet of table space that is used for this. Twisted Canvas is not responsible for any accidents that occur while consuming alcoholic beverages.

Adult Private Parties

To have an adult party the minimum is $150.00 which includes up to six people to book. Any additional people the cost is $25.00 a person. These parties are 2 hours long.

These parties are instructed or pick your painting. If you choose to pick your painting these need to be selected and let Twisted Canvas know at least 3 days prior to your party.

Kid Parties

Our kid parties are a great way to celebrate your child’s birthday. Our kid parties are very popular. Kid parties are 2 hours long with no exception (because we have them back-to-back) unless you book a 3-hour party which is an additional fee of $50.00.

You can come 30 minutes early to set up. You can bring any food or beverages that you would like. The birthday person chooses what they want to paint. Kid parties start at $250.00 which is for up to ten kids. Any additional canvases will be $20.00 each.

Summer Kid Art Camps

We offer summer kid arts camps. We are going into our fifth year of camps. We hold them in our summer months of June and July.

The age groups are mature 5–12-year-olds. We offer two time slots some weeks. They are from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm, Monday through Thursday.

We offer many different types of art throughout the week and they get a snack each day. You can look for our next camp dates on Facebook and our website.

Open Paint Nights

Open Paint Night is an event scheduled by Twisted Canvas. This is open to the public. These paint nights are not instructed but we do assist you. We also call these date nights and family nights ( kids are welcome). Anyone can join in on the fun.

Open Paint Night will be posted in events on Facebook and on our website. You must call to reserve your seat. These fill up fast so first come first serve. These are 2-hour parties.

Wood door hanger parties are 2 hours. Door hangers are pre-paid. Door hangers need to be ordered and paid for one week prior to the party. These are not kept in stock and must be ordered for the party.

If you have last-minute door hanger orders, there is no guarantee that they will be ready in time for your party. You will get everything to complete a door hanger.

Offsite Parties

Offsite parties are $350.00 which includes up to 10 people. Each additional person is $35.00. This can be adult or kid parties. These also require a $50.00 deposit which will be deducted from the total cost.

There is an additional offsite fee of $50.00 (travel within 30 miles). We do not supply tables and chairs for offsite parties. We will bring plastic tablecloths to protect your tables.

Team Building Parties

We offer Team Building paint parties. Team building is a great way to get co-workers together. You can all paint a combined pictures to hand up at your business or it can be a free for all.

This is great for schools, corporations or any business looking to bring their team together. We will bring the party for you or you can come to our studio for a fun paint day.

Fundraisers

You can also call this painting for cause. Fundraising can be for anything you want to raise money for. It can be a cause you believe in or a purpose that you want to help.

This is a way to give back to your local community or a National cause. We get together with the person who is hosting and donate a portion of the paint party.
